How do I install apps on WinCE ...

    and how do I update the OS.

    It is currently WinCE v2.11 (build 9015). w/ 16MB of RAM. This is running on a SYMBOL (www.symbol.com) ppt2700 for bar coding. I want to use this P.O.S. (piece of Shi*) for databasing patient info.

    I have the active sync running and connected. Now what?

    well, I figured out how to install apps.. but I'd like to get the update to the OS as well.. Beuller? Beuller?

    Check with the manufacturer for a ROM upgrade.

    I have the files. they are HEX files, but I can't find the damn utility.. I thought maybe there might be a generic one from MS.. oh well.
