How Do I Know What Plugins To Disable?

    I'm technology challenged so...please explain to me plugins and when to disable what. IObit constantly reminds me that my start up is slower because of 21 plugins. If I disable a plugin does it uninstall the program or what effect does it have on the program?

    Twenty-one plugins seems like a helluva lot to me. Sorta like a donkey pulling a cart that's loaded with all kinds of stuff that weights the cart down without really improving anything.

    Are you sure that you need all of the plugins? Why not try disabling all but three or four of the ones you really want to have and then see if your system starts faster.
