how do i know what type of video card i have?

Hellow help me on how to know what video card i have.. I have an old pc, i dont know what type is this, if it's PCI or AGP? And also what DDR do i have so I can change it if I want to change my video card?

Ram of my PC are all DDR2. Does it mean My video card is also DDR2?
All i know is I have ATI Radeon Xpress 200. running Intel pentium 4

If you add a new graphics card into your PC, it will have it's own memory. You will not have to change the DDR2 RAM your PC came with.
