How do I make PC/MODEM booster go away?

    How do I make PC/MODEM booster go away? I have loaded from diskette these two memory optimizer programs and they seemed to work fairly well, but when my pc got so slow after that, I tried to remove them. They are still there and I've tried everything I know. Anyone know of a program that will make them go away and stay gone? Thanks,

    Hi

    What methods have you already used to remove these applications?

    What Windows version are you using?

    Things to try......

    1. Do they list in Add/Remove? if so remove them from there.
    2. In Program Files folder, do these applications list in their, if so open their folders and look for an uninstall file, could be called Unins00x(where x is a number), Unwise, Uninstall, Uninstaller etc and use that to uninstall it.
    3. Use something like Revo Uninstaller to unistall them if listed.
