How Do I Put A Movie From A PC Onto A DVD?

I have a movie on my PC which is around 700mb and I have some blank DVD's which are 4.7gb. I have downloaded the latest edition of Nero but I've NO IDEA whatsoever how to actually get the movie onto the DVD so I can watch it on my DVD player.

Hlep would be massively appreciate. I've been trying to figure this out for weeks now.

To convert a movie file to DVD, I use Nero vision Express (It will convert most but not all movie clips, depending on the codec used to compress the video clip).
