How do I record & Protect My Data on a DVD ?

Hi,

I would like to back up my sensitive files on a DVD and mail it to overseas but I want to make sure that nobody can open those files but me until when I get there.

Is this possible ?

If yes, how ?

The windows backup utilitiy has an option to add a password to the backup. Im not sure how secure it is, but you could always put it in an encrypted rar file too.

You might want to check the legality of the files you are sending in the destination country. I have no idea what the 'rules' are on this.
