How do I remove NetSpry? Adaware does not work.

Please help. My browser seems to have been hijacked by netspry. It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes when I type in a certain web address I get sent to netspry.com instead.

I am including a copy of my Hijackthis logfile below. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated...
