From what I know, $sys$DRMServer.exe is Sony's Digital Rights Management crap-ola... it's now stuck on a PC I'm working on and it's slowing the PC down to a point that renders the PC almost useless. Ending the process via Task Manager doesn't do anything; it doesn't end...I Googled it and didn't find much. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanx!

BTW- thanx to all who helped w/ my other problems (updates and DVD drive). I solved the problem w/ a safe re-install of WinXP. It worked!
