How do I rename the my documents folder in Vista?

Recently I had to send in my laptop to HP to get something fixed under warranty. To fix the issue, they reimaged my hard drive and instead of naming the my documents folder my first name like it was before, it is now called "user" so when restored my files, some of them were referencing the old my documents name. How do I rename it?

I have tried right clicking to rename it and I even changed the computer name but nothing seems to change this folders name. Please help
