   I loaded some software (from CD) that came with a digital camera. The drive was very noisy. Sounded like it was working very hard.
   
   Today I was going to burn a CD and I can't cuz I can't find the drive (D anywhere. The tray will open and close. But I can't find the drive on MyComputer.
   
   What should I do?

   how old is it? if its a few years old then it probably kicked the bucket. at least they dont cost too much
