How Do I Use Warchcnv.exe With Word 2000?

I'm using Word 2000 on a Win 10 system. The system contains a lot of MHT files. I downloaded WArchcnv.exe and installed it, but I don't see what to do to start the application and convert the MHT files.

How do I use WArchcnv.exe to convert an MHT file to Word 2000?

Is there a file format you could use to open the file in Word 2000, such as .pdf? Maybe you could convert to pdf and then convert back when necessary. Not sure if pdf to htm is reliably doable, but I found this site which claims so:

Looks like one a-v company didn't like this particular app unfortunately, although it seems to have passed their scan and to be considered clean by the others. Looks like this one isn't freeware.

htm can be converted reliably to pdf, so I am confident this can be done. Here is an online converter, but I am sure there are good free batch converters out there.

The skeezix, I don't think WArchcnv.exe has anything to do with MHT files, as stated to you on the other couple forums you asked this question. I maybe mistaken but I believe the program doesn't do what you want. But like I said, I may be mistaken.

No, Word 2000 has no option to open an MHT file.

 

MHT files can be opened in supported browsers.

I don't have any problems opening MHT files, I do it all the time.

As previously mentioned. it seems that WArchcnv.exe has nothing to do with MHT files, so I deleted it. I still need to go through the registry and delete its referenced.
