How do u encrypt a button?

this may be asking too much, but i have a support team on my site and links to email them for support

well of course spambots pick up the links, so i want to replace them with encrypted buttons

i know the basics of PHP and i can deal with java script if there is something telling me "stick this here" guide

any idea what i can do?

All it does is uses plain HTML to make a mailto link using a picture instead of the email address.
