When are you getting the message to install it?

If it happens at startup, you may be able to disable it by doing the following:

    * Press the Windows Start Icon (bottom left of the screen) and type in "msconfig". A system configuration window will pop up.

    * In the system configuration window, click on the "startup" tab. Uncheck all Apple programs (iTunes, Apple Update, Bonjour). Click "apply" then "OK" (This will not uninstall the programs; it will only keep them from starting automatically).

    * Restart the PC. A window will open stating you have made changes. Click the option not to show the message in the future.

You may have to repeat this process after connecting to iTunes - if iTunes does any updating it may reset the startup items on its own.

    Hope this helps. :)
