How do you combine portions of .asf files?

    I have numerous video files that have the extension .asf.nnn where nnn are numbers e.g.,

    thesimpsonseason2ep19.asf.001
    thesimpsonseason2ep19.asf.002
    thesimpsonseason2ep19.asf.003

    Does anyone know any software I can download or buy that will allow me to combine or open all of the files? Currently all I know to do is to amend the extension from ".asf.001" to ".asf" but that only works for the first file in the series. The subsequent files are not openable by any media player and I get the "corrupt file" message if I amend the extensions.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
