How do you reload an O/S on a preloaded laptop

Hi all

I have an old Toshiba Satellite 1110, running windows XP O/S, I want to give it to my neice, but have 4 x desktops on it, one for each of my family and just want to make it into one desktop for my neice, is there anyway of reloading the original O/S, the O/S key code is printed on the bottom of my laptop so at least if I can reload it someway then I have the code to do it with,, I cannot remember getting any O/S disc with the laptop so cannot load it that way, any help would be appreciated.

 

With my PC when i re-boot if i press "F11" i get the recovery screen but i am not sure about the Toshiba.
