How Do You Want O Open This

    I have been using all kinds of software like excel firefox .... Now all of a sudden win 10 wants me to tell it what I want use for a extension all the time and just won't work for some like mht see popup

    Would also like to see the ADWCleaner and MBAM logs....but, trying to see your image...it would appear to be a link not a regular email...I will delete that image as your email addy is visible.

    I run malwarebytes premium all the time - when i clicked on full image next to the upload area it showed it

    Mike...no malware is being found and you again posted an image that shows your email address. As I tried to convey to you, delete the email. Normal emails do NOT require you to use a browser to open it. Scans will not search your emails for malware.

    Bad example all of a sudden even just clicking on a .xlsx gets this what to open with maybe not malware but nobody else is seeing this all of a sudden? excel.jpg

    ok thanks I think I got it only my old xls not xlsx - I installed a microsoft app viewer to see some ? I couldn't see then deleted it didn't like it I bet it wiped out a bunch of my extensions
