I'm going to replace the HD with the two that I have now (160gb and 40gb) and put the new 80gb in my old computer and give it to my dad. I knwo that the RAM isn't the BEST kind, but thats okay with me, it's not the worst kind either.

I have a monitor and OS already (win. xp pro and a KDS xtreme flat 19") so I'm all set there. I basically just want it to be capable of running new/er games well (like Halo for example, or Doom 3 when it comes out). I think that this would be adequate for that. Any thoughts or suggestions? Also, the model number for the ATX case is not accurate, he said it was the one in the picture and gave me the details...

Also, on my old computer, the games I was playing (not too new, Alice and Nightfire) were running okay for about 45 seconds, then the screen would just freeze for 5 seconds, and continue to run. I added more ram to have 512mb, and it still did it, although not as bad and not as frequently. Whats up with that? Graphics (onboard) just not good enough? Anyway, let me know what you guys think, thanks!

    yeah looks nice man.

as for your locking up problem; onboard vga cards usually aren';t that great for gaming, they're good for Office-pc's though ;)

Thanks, I can't wait til it gets here so I can finally play games without having to set the resolution to like, 10x13 ha, the one with the onboard vga is a dell desktop with no room for expansion, no agp slot and a p4 @ 1.8ghz. I've had it for 2 years almost (got it for college my freshman year and kept it for sophomore year), and now it's time to upgrade hardcore. Thanka again
