WinXP MCE SP3 - I was removing some stuff from Add/Remove Programs when I noticed that Windows was telling that the last time I used a particular program was TOMORROW! How can something from the future be listed in the PC history??? I attached a screenshot. I have not doctored this or played around... opening up "adjust date/time" was the only way I could think of to display the current time and date on the PC at the same time as the Add/Remove Programs info and include them both in the same screen shot. I assure you, the current date and time is correct, and it's correct in the BIOS too.... so.... what's going on here?!?!?!

(BTW- scanned for malware and the PC is clean; I did a clean wipe and OS reload on it just a few days ago and I was removing some benchmark apps and whatnot when I noticed this oddity)

    :confused

I guess in Windows world, anything is possible. I would think they would rather travel backward in time and thwart that @*#(^$@ iPod nonsense.;)
Seriously, it is a great mystery.

At least you are not alone, dlb.. rolleyes I have also seen that, only with updates... If it is late in the day, like anytime after 10pm, it will show in my add & remove programs as installed on tomorrow's date... I think it has something to do with what time zone that stuff comes from myself.. Not really sure, but it sure does look weird, doesn't it? ;)

    Hi dlb

Never thought that the last used option in add/remove worked well at all, is very patchy in what it lists for applications!

Could also be a factor that many of use use apps list Ccleaner and its cleaning routine may cause add/remove to list weird dates as the MRU lists are deleted as part of Ccleaners cleaning routine, or similar app.

You may be on to something Halo as a while back I was cleaning my friends Dell of all kind of Nasties through the R&RM1RST and got the same thing. Wasn't there before the clean and updating. Just thought it was a clich. Didn't affect anything so I didn't worry about it.
