How large of a PSU do i need?

Hey guys, I'm working on my first build, everythings been purchases and set in place already, but now I find (as usualy a few days too late) that the Cheap Sunbeam $20 580 wat psu wasn't the smartest choice.

I'm now looking at some better Quality power supplies in the $100- $200 range.
Except I have no idea what kind of wattage my rig needs.

Specs:
amd 64x2 6000+
WD 320gb SATA hd
1 SATA optical drive
1 IDE optical drive
1 gb corsair ddr2 ram

1 nzxt fan controller/temp monitor
1 logisys multi purpose super panel (fancontroller/temp/monitor/various I/O ports

5 thermaltake LED 80mm fans
1 cheapy roswell PCI port fan
1 vantec lowend aluminum hd cooler (2 fans)

1 six ft strip of EL wire
1 logisys 4 laser LED

It's going to also need to be able to power:
1 nivida 8800 or 8600 video card
2-3 total SATA HD's
4gb total ram
2 cold cathodes

Based on the above components, what is the range of Wattages I should be looking in?

Best way to figure this one out, is to find out what the power usage on each component is, then leave some room for expandability fans and lights don't use much power, the biggest things you need to worry about are your HDDs, and your graphics card. I'm running 2x SATA HDDs, 2 8600GTs, and a liquid cooling system all off a 500w coolermaster. Runs fine
