How Much More Heat Will A Ryzen 1600x Make?

So deciding between a 1600, a 1600X or a 2600. I'll OC a 1600 or 1600X when I game. How much more heat do you think the 1600X will produce, say at 3.75 or 3.8? I know at 4.0 + it will crank out some temps.

Also, do you think the 1600X will make that much more heat when running at stock? I should have pretty good air flow but don't have my case yet.
