Guys i live in australia, brisbane and was wondering how much it would cost to build this bad boy?? I am quite experienced in the art of building and will be intending on buying the parts over the net to get them cheaper. If you know some good sites that ship to Brisbane and the estimated cost i would be very greatfull:)

Zipzoomfly.com is also a Great site to buy from. I've ordered alot of my stuff for the computer I'm building from them. Great people too.

Only thing I lack to be able to put my new machine together is 16 gig of RAM!
I've had it on order for a MONTH, and nobody seems to have ANY instock! Every site I've looked at it's "backordered". Probably because the price is so good.

I also got the same Video card you're wanting. What a KICK Butt Card! It actually weighs about 2 lbs! Makes me wonder how the motherboard is gonna hold it! It's HUGE!!

Here's how much Zoomshare wants for it. Good luck buildin Your machine!!

Tomorrow I will estimate a cost for you..;)

hmmm...i tried to put that together on newegg, but its kinda hard seeing as newegg is a bit short on watercooling supplies. unless you want to run that beast on air (which would probably create enough heat to warm your whole house :-D)

It is going to produce the same heat either way. Water uses a rad or rads to remove the heat. :-D

oh yeah, i didn't think about that (duuuuuuuuuh *hits self in head*)

if you could stand to go with a mac, a maxed out mac pro will cost you around $16,000 (not including the windows operating system) and that includes:

    2x 3.2GHz Quad Core Xeons

32GB of 800MHz DDR2 fully buffered ECC memory

4TB of hard drive space spread out across 4 1TB 7200 RPM SATA drives

4 x ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256MB in crossfire

    Wireless mouse and keyboard

    Wfi connectivity

    2x dual layer DVD burners

That system would cost a ton......If you are going all out on the bleeding edge.....then why not invest in a new i7 processor and a beautiful x58 mobo to go with it??? The performance is double the old chipsets at the same clock speed.
