How surely download a rapidshare file?

waiting for some minutes to download from Rapidshare is still a problem. is there any trick, method which has overcome this problem? how Rapidshare site guess that the downloader has already downloaded a file as we remove the temp files, history temporary internet data, the problems still exists.

 

It 'remembers' your IP, so wiping the cache don't help.
But there is a browser called Firefox that has "add-ons" that deal with Rapidshare & queing. So google firefox add-ons and search for Rapidshare. There is a download manager the you paste links into and sit back and wait.
