How to add image to logon screen plzzz help

How could i add image to logon user name screen which is like this, somebody plzzz help me, its looks:confused stupid without any image:cry

i know that this only changes the pix in start menu not the one in the logon screen:-o

 

i have found, on my XP, that i've had to do it twice in a row while i'm still in the "change user picture." never looked at the logon screen to see if it didn't "take" when i only did it once.

follow Halo's instructions, only repeat them again, one right after the other. that might fix it.

 

iam using windows xp mediacenter edition which has an image option at the logon screen:-o
