How to alter this cgi code

Hi,
I am currently creating a webpage so simply hold some files that i upload to it via a form on the index page. I also have a piece of cgi code(i did not write it) which lists the entire contents of my webpage. Can be seen in the link below.

http://perfectlogger.netfirms.com/cgi-bin/sfl.cgi

What i want to do is alter this code so that it displays a clickable link instead of just a text one. You can see it in the link above.

there is also one more problem. if i type the absolute path to a file it does not work.
eg.http://perfectlogger.netfirms.com/www/file.txt
i have to leave out the /www
eg. http://perfectlogger.netfirms.com/file.txt

i enclose the cgi code.
can any of u alter this for me.]

asfor the absolute path, that is the path relevant to the server. WWW is a folder on the server that is shared for web access, it is invisible to web users.

As for the code, its perl and I am interested in helping you but I cant right now I am at work and do not have time and have school till 10. But I will get cracking on that as soon as I can, I am learning perl right now.

there is no need for you to edit this file unless you want to cause i found a simular script that does the job.
