how to change items in rt click menu

    can any body please tell me how to remove some items that appear in the box when i rt click on a blank area of the desk top. eg. open new folder, new word document etc. actually i have both word 2003 and 2007. i want to remove the rt click option of new word 2003 documents. i have already uninstalled office 2003 but these items are not remove d from rt click menu.

    thanks. it helped a lot.
    but my original problem is editing the "new" whch appears after rt clicking any blank area of the desktop.
    any suggestions for that will be welcome.
