   Hello,
   
   I have a little problem with a computer; the symbols are messed up. I think I just have to change the 'local input', but I can't find the option.
   
   When I go to: 'Control Panel > Keyboard' I don't get a tab or button or whatever, to change it.
   
   
   Could somebody tell me how I can get to the 'local input' ?

   In Control Panel goto Regional & Language Options this will allow you to change language etc
