How to clean a virus from system restore

I have some viruses and adware in system restore. I have tried everything to clean it, however, nothing has worked. I performed scans with system restore disabled and all files showing in both normal mode and safemode. Nothing has worked. I used trend micro, symantec, the cleaner, avast, all the online scanning tools listed in the forum. I have no idea what step to take next.

 

have you done an Avast boot scan? those always check and clean my system restore.

 

How do I perform a boot scan?

 

open the avast user interface. on the top left, theres a drop down arrow menu. an option in there should be "Schedule Boot-Time scan"

 

I can't choose that option. That option is a light gray and the other options are black (text color).

 

Shut off system restore and it will clear all setpoints, and anything stored inside. How to shut off system restore

 

I did that every single time. I never works.

I follow that exactly every time and still can not get rid of the infections in system restore. The only thing I can't do is an online scan (Trend, ect) in safe mode because my system won't allow it. I have ME and can not connect to the internet in safe mode.
