How to convert this file....

    I was given a copy of Norton AV 2004 on a CD and I cannot open it. My friend saved it as an .iso file and I have no idea what that is and how to convert it to an .exe or whatever kind of file I need to make a useable application out of it. TIA for the help.

    Leads me to believe that this is not a legal event here.
