how to copy from PC to PC

    Could someone tell me how to copy files from my pc to my laptop? I bought the proper cross over cord but need help with the how to...if there is already and article on this here,could you point be in the right direction? thanks muchly Orion

    Assuming that both computers have a Network card.

    Configure both computers Network Settings, and File Sharing, and use the Network to transfer.
