How to copy picture

Hello, I was able in the past to copy a photo from the internet, save it to my computer and print it off.. Still able to do that to some degree, however when I get an email from Denney's that has a coupon off I cannot save and copy it fully to my computer so that I can print it and additionally I cannot it direct from the email.

I am running Windows 8 so I 'm at not to print the coupon off.

Any suggestions?

No, I'm not familiar with the site and didn't install the coupon software.

 

OK, so you received a coupon in an email message. How do you do email? Do you access it via web browser or by email client (Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)? Is the coupon in the body of the message or is it an attachment to your message?

Do you think I could create an account on Denny's website and receive a coupon from them?
