How to de-junkify Vista?

I ended up having to get a notebook with Vista, though I tried my best to avoid it.
It's a HP dv9339 with Vista Home Premium.
Before I get too far along, I'd like any help you guys can offer on what (and how) to remove. Looks like a ton of bundled crap.
I know this is kind of a broad request, but any thoughts on dumping generic, comes on every system kind of stuff would be a great help.

When I got my vaio the other day it had vista and I ended up dumping about 20GB or bundled software. Start there.

 

Black Viper's site is back up and here is the link for Vista. Disabling un-needed services helped mine a bunch.
