How to delete a download

    Hello, I started to d/l a program called error safe, but decided not to install. I deleted every thing I could find, yet when I start up it comes up asking if I want to install. Where would I check to find out if there is a place in the system that I can delete the the error soft from appearing on my screen at start up. If that is possible, thanks.

    Right click start / explore / scroll down to c/doc and settings /user name(you) /local setting / temp ....delete what is there.

    Or another way of getting to that folder is Start>Run
    Type %temp% into the box and hit enter. That shows you the contents of the temp folder.
    Ctrl+A then hit delete.
