I got Windows XP and I was wondering how to make it so no time/clock on the computer screen in which like say 10 minutes of no mouse moment then the screen goes black. I got it disabled.. and not even set to a time. But maybe something else?

Not sure what you want. Do you want the screen to go black after 10 mins of mo mouse movement, or do you want it to always stay on??

I dont want the screen to go to screen saver or black screen. I want the screen to stay on for ever.

When you go into your screen saver settings and hit the arrow where all the options are, there should be an option for '(none)'. Is that there?

Check your Power settings in the Display control panel.

I had both the propertys on the desktop and also the other option were both set as"none" but in my way with the display power settings.. I was messing around in there. And I found a setting I guess to power off the screen.. And it was marked at 10 minutes. SO I changed that to never. And I am pretty sure that will be it. I just thought it was weird to change. But I will see how it goes. Thanks for help tho.

Also, you can go into the Screensaver setting and select None. That will cause the same effect, and you Desktop should never go black or revert to a screensaver.

But the thing that was weird is it was already set to "none". On both the properties on desktop-screen saver.. and the display settings under control panel. I ended up finding a power section and there was 1 part that was set to 10 minutes of nothing means it goes screen black. But so far it works with that set to never.

That is weird, but I guess the Power setting overrides the Screensaver and Properties settings. . .

Not weird - that's the way it works on all computers.
