How to disable Internet Explorer & Keep OLE

    I would like to have internet disabled on a computer but still retain the ability to send and receive emails via Outlook Express. How can I do that? The computer is connected to a local network and I have administrator rights. O/S is Win XP Pro SP2. IE6.0.
