How to download missing wzcsapi.dll w/o internet

    Laptop suddenly does not recognize home network. Control Panel, Internet Connection freezes when clicked. Error box says wzcsapi.dll is missing. What next?

    Rebooted modem/router, other computers work fine. The laptop is wireless. Norton 360 is running, also Malwarebytes.
