How To Download/Save File As Administrator ?

    I am running through the malware procedure from said forum. I am supposed to save the MGTools file to C:\ root to work properly. When I attempt to download the file I get a message stating I must have admin approval to save the file there and offers an alternative.

    As far as I know, I only have one account on my computer. How can I config things to save as admin where I need them?
