    Greetings, Kazenji...

Don't know what OS you're using, but I'll throw out a few suggestions:

    For Windows XP:

    * A version of Roxio Easy CD Creator that is earlier than version 5.02d is installed in your computer.
    * The AutoPlay feature is turned off in the registry.
    * Your CD-ROM drive is using an outdated driver.
    * The Restrict CD-ROM access to locally logged on user security option is turned on.
    * The CD drive is using an outdated driver.
    * The CD-ROM driver is not compatible with Windows XP.

    For Windows 7:

Go to Control Panel\AutoPlay - at the top, check 'Use Autoplay for all media and devices' and click 'Save'...

i've also tried the Autofix thing that you can download from the Microsoft and no luck there.

    Hi

Try all the options HERE (can skip the Roxio one if you have never had that app on your PC, but if you have and many OEM PCs do come with Roxio then worth running)

Are you running XP Pro or Home?

Check that any of your security applications installed are not blocking Autoplay as its now deemed as a security risk and was disabled with SP3 for XP, as its a route for malware to auto run from the likes of an infected USB pen.

theres a AutoRunAlwaysDisable would that have anything to do with it ??.....and i have deleted it and that happens is is it just returns.

    Hi

Instead of deleting that registry key, change its value to 0 and see if that helps.
