How to enable Windows XP Task Manager

    Hey there guys, my Task manager shows disabled by the administrator and I havent been able to fix this myself...:confused

    Please help

    Ok so now that we have established that 90% of the problem is me in front of the monitor.......can someone PLEASE help me to actually solve the problem?:cry
