How to find my sound card...

    I had to get a new hard drive on my PC. After getting it installed the sound does not work on my PC. The problem is that I need the sound card Drivers, but I have no idea what my sound card is. The PC is custom built, so I can't go to a website and fing out. Is there any way to detect what my sound card is so I can get this thing running?
