My Windows 10, 64 Bit machine freezes up (not as often as it used to - I reloaded the W10 OS), I have to do a hardboot to get it back, nothing else works.
When I go to "Event Viewer," I see the Critical Event is Event 41 - "The system rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" - that is because of the hardboot. When I go to "Errors" I have up to 29 of them in the last hour; the last few listed are Event IDs 16 (WUA Server Connectivity), 69 (AppModel-Runtime), 215 (Print Service), 370(Print Service), 513 (CAPI2, Application).... None of them seem critical, when I studied them Microsoft TechNet.

Is there a way to study this and find out the root cause of the freezes I am getting?
    Thanks

One more piece of data to add. As I was shutting down the machine, it could not shutdown until this error was cleared:
"The instruction at 0x0000000075E3B00C ret... Memory at that address. The memory could no be written, Click OK to terminate the program."
Could error (whatever it is), cause a freeze-up?
    Thanks
