How to fix non-working links in Outlook Express email with Opera 10

I was having a problem with links in Outlook Express email -
the links did not respond.

If Opera is your default browser, I have a fix that I want to pass on.

The problem is with some settings in Opera 10, not Outlook Express.

To get the links working again, open the Opera browser.

• go to Tools on the menu bar.
• select Preferences
• select the Advanced tab
• select Programs in the left panel
• on the line where it says 'Check if Opera is default browser on startup',
  click Details
• In the right column under Protocols handled by Opera,
  make sure that http and https are Checked
• click OK

This worked for me.
