How to fix this?

Yesterday I was fiddling with fonts and what else. Now I can't get my original settings back. See the pic and the problem is on the far right with the minimize, maximize and the red x buttons. How do I get it back to my original settings? See, I don't remember what I did to have it the way it shows now, way too puny for me. Googled but can't find the solution because I don't know what those buttons are named. These buttons used to be double the size.
