How to get my game back?

I know this is an iffy topic but rest assured I wouldn't jepordize my name on the forums and im aware what is being implied.

I have CnC generals for a long time; the thing is the install CD1 gets screwed at about 13%[its extremly scratched in the back] while trying to copy over a video file and the only options it gives me are Retry or Abort (no ignore). I only want Generals to play online as I already did sp long time ago.
