How to get rid of leftover files?

This is my first time here, so please forgive me if this has been addressed already.
I made the stupid mistake of trying to get something for nothing. I downloaded Norton Anti-Virus 2004 Professional from Kazaa. Of couse, when I installed it and tried to run it, it didn't work--it was a trial version that had expired. So I go to uninstall it with Add/Remove Programs, and that got most of it, but I notice a lot of new folders, etc. in my hard drive that weren't there before. I don't want to end up deleting something important. I already have CCleaner and AdAware, and ran them both, and STILL I have garbage. Is there a program that is specifically designed to clean up Norton residue in my hard drive? Thanks for your patience!
