How To Get Rid Of....

I have ALOT of programs(?) in my add\remove file that point to no where. How can I get rid of those useless entries? I can't uninstall them and TweakUI is no help at all. Thanks!! BTW, I'm using Win2000Pro - SP4.

Its shareware, but it will let you do a lot of useful things without purshasing the full version. very good registry cleaner, list of installed programs, list of ass/remove programs (with options to uninstall or simply remove from list) among many other nice things.

 

Thanks, but neither of those 2 programs worked! With RegSupreme the programs(?) that are listed in the add\remove section didn't even show up in RegSupreme or RegCleaner. Here's a small example of what is showing in my add\remove column: essadpt, essanup, esscam, and esscore. There are alot more and I have NO idea where they came from, or how to get rid of them. However, I do appreicate your help. Thanks!!!!

 

I believe those items are related to Kodak Easy Share software.

 

Well Star17, you got it!! I didn't realize that my wife had installed Kodak Easyshare, and I found it. So I un-installed it and you were 100% correct all those ESS things disappeared. Now that I know what they are, I had better re-install Kodak Easy Share before my wife gets home or I'll be fish food!! Thanks ALOT Star17, I really appreicate it. Oh well, live and learn!!
