How to get rid off an item in XP Control panel?

A simple request. How do I delete "Tweak UI" from appearing in the XP Control Panel. I have 2 versions of TweakUi and I think there is a clash somewhere. I have been through the uninstall route for both but the icon still appears in Control Panel. Run CCleaner, etc., as well. They don't work.

Right clicking on it, and going through the File menu does not give the option to delete.
