   Which browser you using and have you set it to show the address bar?
   
   IE
   View > Toolbars and tick Address bar ( there are other ways but thats the easiest )
   
   Firefox
   View > Toolbars and tick Navigation toolbar
   
   Opera
   View > Toolbars and tick address bar ( or CTRL F8 )
   
   
   once you have the Address box showing its just a case of highlight > copy > paste the URL into whatever you need.
