How To Make A Greeting Card With Sound

I wanted to make my own greeting card with my own soundbyte when someone opens it but i cannot find out how to

I managed to find the little sound speaker parts on ebay, and other parts of china but still not sure on how to get actual sound recorded on there as it doesn't seem i can load a sound file into it by usb or by pressing some sort of record button

Anyone ever create a greeting card with a custom sound?
