How to make posts?

Dear Helper,

Thanks for such nice services.

I am very new to this website and would like to post a question about my PC which I think is infected with Malware.

For making a post here, the way I understood is as follows.

First follow 7 steps to clear / clean PC. Then create a HJinstall log on your PC. When you make a post , just mention your problem and attach HJinstall log as attachment only.

Is there anything else, I need to do before I make post for my PC's possible malware infections?
