how to move my data from two PCs I have to sell and clean them up?

Is there a free way, or low-cost way that's easier, to move my files and settings from the two XP machines I have to sell, into the third I get to keep? Of course I need to clean the sale machines up for privacy reasons, too. I have the three machines networked in my home.

I know there is XP Files and Transfer Wizard, but will it let me move the bookmarks and such, from both the ones that are going, to the one that is staying, and is that the best way for me to make the transfer?

I always get the best answers here, so I have stopped the hours of hunting the internet for a good answer to this question. Thanks much!

Straight network cut/paste works well too, just move it from one drive to the other. If they are already on a LAN so much the better.
